TVRM 10 POINT SYSTEM: - 1. Home inspection/secure doors, windows, ice damage, break-entry & loss of property
- 2. Check temperature & heating system, adjust accordingly.
- 3. Check electrical panel & circuit breakers
- 4. Check driveway for snow plowing & arrange for snow removal.
- 5. Arrange yard care & maintenance for Spring/Summer/Fall
- 6. Run faucets & flush toilets, shut off supply.
- 7. Check home for flooding and water damage
- 8. Check smoke alarms, phone & security system for operation
- 9. Basic hot tub check to make sure it's maintaining temperature and functional.
- 10. Accept mail, UPS & Fed-X packages and place in home.
